Quality Management and Certification
A proven QA system makes sure that we meet our own and our customers’ requirements in terms of quality and service. Annual external audits by ISO certification agencies certify our efforts in quality and environmental issues. The members of the HMS Group are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and HACCP.
Procedures for Internal Quality Control
Systems for improving product quality and control, dealing with non-conformances and complaints, accomplishment of corrective actions are put in place and are being constantly upgraded to give our customers and their requirements our utmost attention.
